I applied and had a fast round interview. Had 10 30second approximation questions of a difficult level. Nothing related to finance/market making. Some behavioural as well, was very standard. Overall one of the harder market maker interviews.
I took the 10 question screening. Was very challenging. Prepare for basic stats at a very quick pace and be willing to think on the spot and make estimates if you're not sure how to approach a problem off the cuff

What is the expected vsalue of the sum of two dice rolls
Had a 15-20 minute interview which consisted of a HR interview with questions like why Five Rings and give me a time when you overcame a challenge etc. Then had 10 very time-pressured maths/probability questions, each one only 30 seconds. (1st round)
