Applied online. It wasn't a very clear submission. It asked you to answer a question about what you think of fundamental medicine, but provided nowhere to put it. Met with the Co-Founder, Ed, for 15min exactly in a Google Meet. Turns out he literally interviews EVERYONE that applies. I asked how that was a good use of HIS time. It was a very weird interview. It felt like he was trying to convince me Fundamental Medicine is legit, while also attempting to be hands off about it at the same time. I don't have a problem adapting, but explain to me how you want people to work 10hr days AND clean the bathroom just b/c they work there? Ok, he said he does it, too. That isn't a good use of your time either! Hire a cleaning company. This was a great preview of what to expect and I cringed inside, but soldiered through. He said they are a bootstrap not a venture backed company. Okkkkk? Don't walk, RUN from this place.
