Interview
This wasn't a typical interview, it was more like I was being sold on the job. I got told all the perks of the gym and a tour. I was asked one real question which was could I work full time or part time. As long as I had my current certificates I was able to begin working right away. I was introduced to the main manager and some of the other trainers.
The interview was fairly simple and straightforward. They look for training qualifications including certifications, CPR/ AED, etc... They're interested in hiring people that want to improve as trainers and help their clients.
