There are 4 rounds of interviews plus a written test. Not many questions asked but all are friendly. Experience in rating agency is not essential, rather the attitude to contribute is.

What is your balance between giving honest ratings vs gaining business?
One-hour interview with two department heads, covering my academic background, professional experience, technical knowledge, and key skills, alongside competency-based questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and motivation. Very thorough interview. Did not get the offer though.
