Note: Interview was in June 2014
Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. I immediately got a phone screen, but left the country on vacation the afternoon after the screen. Weeks later, when I returned the recruiters were quick to set up my in-person interviews. It took awhile to get the offer/etc. after the interview process was over, but the recruiting team was incredibly understaffed at the time.
All in all, I was very happy dealing with the recruiters.
Interview process was as follows:
1) One phone screen with the EE Director: some questions about my work experience and a wide range of quick-fire technical questions.
2) On-Site interview #1: met with two EEs on the hardware design team and one EE from the research team. Lots and lots of problem-solving at the whiteboard. Lots of analog fundamentals and some open-ended design and debug questions. Was a stressful and fun interview!
3) On-Site Interview #2: Had a second on-site because members of the team were out of town during my first interview. Met with 3 more design EEs and had a casual lunch with the director. Very similar experience to my first on-site. Some really fun interview questions... One engineer just brought in a random schematic and asked me: what do you think this does?
