They contact you via email; that is their main point of contact. They will have you do some testing on your own. If you pass the testing then they will set up an interview via email. Always check your email so you don't miss anything or a contact from them.

Interview
What an unprofessional company! First, I had to answer questions on a Google form instead of submitting an resume. They must have liked my answers and replied via email the following day. They asked me to do a personality test and to submit my resume. I received an email the next day stating that they thought I was a great fit for the position and they asked me to do a typing test. Minimum requirement was 50wpm which I passed with flying colors. In the evening I received an interview invitation for the following day. I confirmed the time within 30 min and provided my phone number. When I didn't receive a phone call, I emailed to confirm the time because it didn't specify EST or PST. Since the company is located in Boston, I assumed it was EST. I received an email not until 6 hours later apologizing for not having seen my response in the morning. What hiring manager checks their emails only twice a day? They rescheduled for a couple of days later and I confirmed again within a few minutes. The following day I receive an email the length of a short text "revoking" the interview invitation and thanking me for my interest. If this is an indication how the company treats their employees, I can only say "thanks!"
