Met with several attorneys on one day. The firm's recruiting team was readily available and didn't leave me in the dark. The whole interview process moved pretty quickly. Pleasant experience altogether.

Interview
The interview process was a screener and then back to back 1 on 1 meetings with partners for rounds two and three on site. I met with about 8 people. They were setting me up with associate calls but I didn’t make it that far as they let me know they wanted someone with more experience. It was about 3-4 weeks from application to decision.
A thorough but not intimidating exploration of my experience and perspective and how both could benefit the firm's goals and outlooks. The several layers of interviews with different departments were beneficial for both myself and the firm.
