It was quick and easy. I was reached out to by an employee of the company and spoke of my background and experience. I was asked how I have managed investments in the past.

Standard online interview. Interviewer was very polite and allowed me plenty of time to answer questions. Time was also allowed for me to ask my own questions, and I was able to get a good idea of the position through them.

I applied through university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Apr 2018
Interview
Had a phone interview after I met a human resources representative at my Universities career fair. Flew me out to their office in San Mateo, CA where I met with one individual in person and then two video interviews with other individuals in their Camas, WA office. When I got home they scheduled me for another video interview with the hiring manager.
