Interview
1st Week applied for Junior Associate position.
2nd Week was called and scheduled a phone interview. Questions were general such as how did you find out about the job and what are your past experiences etc.
3rd Week, callback for a scheduled on-site interview.
4th Week, Interview at company with two managers simultaneously. Questions required more in depth answers.
5th-6th Week, company delivers answer if hired or not

Question 1
How would you carry on your job say if you spent half your day on the phone with client that either don't pick up the phones are just choose to hang up on you? (Motivation answer)
It was a pretty basic interview. They just asked me questions about my experience and how I could apply it to the role. After rehearsing what I did in my previous experiences, it was pretty easy to translate it to the interview.

I really enjoyed the interview process. Screening was easy and the talent acquisition team very helpful. Since it was one of my very first interviews in my career it really boosted my confidence going into the job.

Have you ever faced adversity/conflict when dealing with a customer, and how did you handle it?
it was quick, smooth, and rewarding process. Getting back to you quickly and efficiently was very important to me and to a lot of people. There were 3 rounds and the questions were not that technical.
