I applied online through my university, had a couple of phone interviews first with the recruiter, and then with managers and people from my potential team. They then flew me out to Portland for 2 days, I interviewed with a variety of employees and managers from the team, they asked basic questions about my experiences and resume. A few days later they scheduled a phone talk with the VP of my department and after that I was offered a position.
