I applied online. I interviewed at Fishbowl Solutions
Interview
The process didn't seem too lengthy (it was just 3 steps). However, one of the steps required a case study presentation which took several hours to prepare for and then over an hour in-person meeting to present this. I thought this went well, and they mentioned I would hear back about next steps, but I simply got an automated rejection email with no feedback. I reached out to the hiring manager to request feedback, as that's the least they could do for 5+ hours of my time going through the process until that point, but I never heard back.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fishbowl Solutions (Minneapolis, MN) in Jul 2019
Interview
Phone screening with hiring manager, followed by in-person on-site interview. A presentation was required framing the proposition value of the a solution offering. It has been a month and I have still not heard back; so I am assuming I did not get the job and even if I did I would not accept due to the red flag regarding communication.
I will start by saying that it is an opportunity and privilege to interview at any organization for open positions. However, my advice is to stay away from organizations that want you to take time away from your day to interview, and then will not take the 5 minutes needed to send and email or call letting you know they have decided to go in another direction.
