I got a call from HR for face to face discussion. Questions were fully from AngularJS and javascript. I cleared the first round and the second round was with project manager. He asked about my overall experience and he has concluded that I haven't work fully on AngularJS.i have a work experience in HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, ANGULARJS, BOOTSTRAP, AJAX, JSON, JQUERY, CORDOVA, MATERIAL DESIGN etc. Then he asked my expected salary which I was expecting 100% hike(negotiable ). He said how can I give this much hike. If u are from Big MNCs then its worthy. Because they are certified developer by the MNC. But u r from a medium enterprise and there is no proof that u have a that much great knowledge. I said you should not evaluate the people from their background.. Its based on their knowledge. If u r fulfilled then give how much salary u can give. Otherwise tell them directly we can't give that much and reject them on the spot. But I have got selected in 2nd round also(that project manager only said that I'm sending you to the next round ). He told me to wait for 3rd round. But that person was in meeting. So he told me that we will arrange the final round on some other day. But I didn't get any updates. Then I called the HR and asked. She said Im rejected. Y bcz my skills etc doesn't match with their requirements and I have work experience on so many programming languages. But we are expecting the experience people who have a work experience only on AngularJS. Before they called me for first round I think they haven't check my resume properly I guess..
If you are talented then they won't hire you people. If u know more programming languages then they will reject you people for sure.
Being a single person I can make a full fledged web or mobile application. anyone of your team member, can do it?? ?
