This is my 2nd face-2-face interview experience. Overall the interviewing process with the employer was pleasant. I did not get the job, could be due to my age, I am 55, but who knows the truth
The process was simple & easy. The co ordinator were also supportive and friendly.
The interview questions are all asked with the candidate being hired in mind. They are hypothetical situations of what working with the candidate might look like and how they might fit into your team.
