Received an email from a recruiter about a week after applying to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went well or so the recruiter made it seem said " I will forward your résumé to the hiring manager" going on 3 weeks no contact has been made despite a follow up email as well as a call. The position is still open online. I just find it unprofessional to leave people in the dark.
