First -Phone screen conducted by recruiter
Second, in person panel interview with hiring Director and peer group
Third, in person interview with VP
Finally, job offered and was able to negotiate for a slighter higher salary.

Recruiter simple screen questions: prior job experience, salary expectations In person panel interview included examples of experiences to be answered describing the situational, what action I took, and the end result.
Three rounds of interviews. HR, Hiring and Hiring's peer. Radio silence for 3-4 weeks and suddenly said you are hired. Regional HR doesn't care if you are not working in the same office with them.

Few rounds. Few behavioral and some technical. It can be very technical based on the position. Do your research on the position and then use resources to figure out how to answer

First had a screen with HR, then the hiring manger, then the team members I would be working with. After that it took some time for HR to reach back out. I had to follow up 2 times.
