I applied in-person.ย The process took 5 weeks.ย I interviewed at Fiserv (Amherst, NY) in Nov 2012
Interview
Very generic and standard. Not much enthusiasm about the position from the HR rep or department manager I spoke with. They used canned/company questions during my one on one meeting. Seemed like they just needed new blood to maintain the night shifts that they had no care or interest for.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years?
What can you offer Fiserv that we don't already have?
What do you consider professionalism to be?
Three rounds of interviews. HR, Hiring and Hiring's peer. Radio silence for 3-4 weeks and suddenly said you are hired. Regional HR doesn't care if you are not working in the same office with them.

Few rounds. Few behavioral and some technical. It can be very technical based on the position. Do your research on the position and then use resources to figure out how to answer

Question 1
How do you respond to stakeholders when your project isnโt meeting the deadline?
First had a screen with HR, then the hiring manger, then the team members I would be working with. After that it took some time for HR to reach back out. I had to follow up 2 times.
