Excellent! Easy to negotiate times and also to talk over the phone which gave it a 'human' touch. Very friendly and welcoming. During the interview I felt my responses were valued.

I have had two really enjoyable interviews with FirstPort which seemed to go really well. The interviews were on Teams, the first with two people and the second was with one person. The interviewers were really friendly, informative and engaging. They made me feel very at ease. I was told both times that I would hear back from FirstPort within three days but I had to chase them for a response and feedback, the first interviewer took a few weeks to respond. The second interviewer took around a month to respond, I emailed five times! I was quite shocked because I had heard such good things from FirstPort employees and it put a dampener on the whole interview process. The feedback that I did eventually get was really positive so I applied for another position. This time they got back to me a couple of hours later to tell me that the vacancy was posted mistakenly.
