After the passing aptitude test, I was invited back to interview. It was an adruous endeavor. The interview was in front of three managers: one from HR; one from corporate, and one from operations. They grilled me for nearly three hours straight. It was the longest interview of my life.

Straightforward and easy. Not very clear about schedule and pay. Unclear how bonus pay gets added to base pay. Bonus is not guaranteed but its counts as your base pay?
