Interview
Person taking the review was quite rude and started by asking irrational questions. Many guesstimates are being asked for product level hiring which is quite incorrect.
The hiring process is quite rigged and everyone is ganged up.
When complained about it to HR, the HR turned hostile as well. Must say they're keyboard warriors.
Looking at such behaviour I'm quite sure the environment is either Toxic or Management is not aware of how the HR are treating candidates.
Short but they never comeback with a feedback. False promises and later absconding. Irritating HRs and there updates. They don't do follow-ups with you, you have to follow-up to schedule and to receive calendar invite for your own interview. Amazing, isn't it?
Had cleared information and on front feedback while inte. And good work culture and sound environment for favourable in all kind of employee support . Interviewer and HR executive in rigorous connected on progress and have open communication channel
