1 screening call if interest is mutual, there will be another round of interviews in person with two different employees. Work experience related questions. Not too long of a process and not at all challenging
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at First To Serve (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Started interview with one lady, then a few minutes into it a guy comes in with no introduction and the lady leaves. The guy asks me questions and he keeps saying I don't have experience and the job is a lot different than my previous roles. We agreed it wasn't the right fit.
The same guy messaged me on Indeed months later asking if I was interested, like he didn't remember me. Then, two months after he calls me and asks if I'm interested, again like he didn't remember we already talked.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at First To Serve (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2020
Interview
I applied for a position with this company and was genuinely interested. The next day after I applied, a recruiter texted me expecting me to be willing to meet with them at their location 3.5 hours later in a very informal manner. Did not ask if this was ok with me nor kept me in mind, they stated: "I can meet with you today at 4:15". I provided them a M-F availability after 4 pm in the application for interviews or during my lunch. When I suggested we meet a different day, they respond, "Friday at 3". Again, not keeping me in mind, did not pay attention to my availability, and very unprofessional. I was trying to accommodate and move things around when the recruiter once again responded, they sent "?"
I immediately decided this was not a place for me.
