      3 Round Interview process 1st - Video Call, 60 Min with Direct Hiring Manager (behavioral questions, assessed background/skills) 2nd - Video Call, 30 Min with a potential team member 3rd - Video Call, 60 Min with HR SVP, discussed big picture of role, what growth would look like and discussed where I could add value
