I was prepared for a traditional interview. The original offer was for a full-time proposal writer position. However, because of the apparent firm move and merger, I was only offered a temporary position (with possibility of extension). My direct manager recently lost her other group members and needed help asap. I was quickly offered the position based upon my experience. I can't remember a single relevant question that was asked to me besides "Do you want this temp job?"
