usually 3 rounds. screening with recruiter, one on one interview with he hiring manager and on-site panel interview. I had the screening call which went well and when I followed 2 weeks later, the recruiter said he hasn't heard from the manager. again, followed up with him and still the same answer.

experience with Six sigma tools and manufacturing principles
Smooth and on point interview process. HR gave the offer letter within a month after the interview and the onboarding process was smooth. HR as well as technical interview team were friendly and helpful

Interview
Had 4 total rounds.
The 1st round was a 30min telephonic round with the recruiter.
The 2nd round was a 1hr deep dive call with the manager and skip.
The 3rd round was an on-site day long interview with 7 panelists throughout the day that went into understanding my past experience and what I can bring to the table. Honestly one of the most interesting rounds
The 4th round was a final 45min round to finalize the offer.
The whole process took about 2 months with regular communication and the team was super prompt in their replies.
