3 different sessions. 1st with your potential team members So you talk about what they like or dislike about their job 2nd with your potential direct supervisor You can ask more detailed description of your job 3rd with your potential department head (VP level) You can ask about company outlook and get a feel for their leadership It was a good interview overall.
