I had two separate interview processes with this company, both ending in a disappointing experience.
In each case, I completed an HR screening interview where I met—and in many aspects exceeded—the qualifications for the role. I prepared thoroughly and provided strong, relevant responses during the interviews. However, after both screenings, I received no follow-up communication or feedback.
The second instance was particularly frustrating. I had previously connected the Hiring Manager on LinkedIn, who expressed interest in my background and encouraged me to go ahead with the formal process. He also mentioned he picked my resume but I will need to go through HR process.
Despite that, I was not promoted past the same HR who interviewed me over a year ago, and again received no communication. That makes me question if their HR is being biased based on identity. You can tell me I didnt pass your screensing process for 2 consecutive times. Compared to bigger companies than this company, such as Deloitte, Okta, Amazon, KPMG, and all, even with an hour interview, I did preety good and well
While rejection is part of the process, the complete lack of closure after interviews shows a disregard for candidates’ time and effort.
Additionally, the lack of transparency in decision-making raises concerns about consistency and fairness in the screening process.
This company would benefit from improving candidate communication and from ensuring a more structured, transparent hiring process.
Look into one of your HRs who has this biased attitude. I wouldn't go ahead with the interview next time if the same lady is going to interview me.
