Interview
Was contacted for an initial interview in the local St. Lucia office. Was interviewed by 4 persons, country manager, region manager, business development manager and regional business development manager. The questions were mostly directly related to the job. Nothing hard, although if you are not familiar with the industry then it could be a problem. I was flown to Trinidad for a second set of interviews. Was interviewed by two groups and did an IQ test, because the company prides itself on hiring the best of the best. I felt welcomed and a part of the team even at the interview stage.
