I applied on their company website. I initially received a phone screen with a recruiter but they hired someone internally. Later in the year I applied to the same position and contacted the same recruiter who submitted my resume to the hiring manager. A week later i received an onsite interview with the team. Lots of questions involved your character, behavioral questions, resume, etc. Make sure you know about the company as well. I thanked everyone for giving me the opportunity to meet with them. The next day I received an offer. It was a good experience.
