I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at First Citizens Bank (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process was long over many weeks and multiple interviews. The most alarming part was that my confidentiality was broken by one the hiring managers. I clearly stated that they could not contact my current employer, which is usually a professional courtesy. One the hiring manager's contacted a former colleague currently working at my current employer using my name asking for input. That information was relayed to my Manager.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at First Citizens Bank (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2017
Interview
very relaxed interview, interviewer was asking questions to get to know me, and did not ask typical structured interview questions. She told me about the specific problems she has seen, and asked how I would overcome those problems
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at First Citizens Bank (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2016
Interview
Contacted by a FCB recruiter and had a phone interview which lasted around 15 minutes. It was obvious she had not read my resume or application. She was very disinterested, it was a Friday afternoon and her tone was one of superiority. I looked her up on LinkedIn and guess what? She has dabbled for sure.
