Very cool very laid back very to the point, open ended questions. Multiple questions and had an assessment about personality . Really getting to know me and what i can bring to the company an asset

How do i get customers, how do i maintain customers. What’s my typical day in branch
Easy and quick process. Communicated well next steps and excpectations. Three interviews were conducted with senior leadrship. Preatty standard questions
Professional and friendly. Interviewes were virtual. Asked about my previous experience and looked for specific examples to support answers
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at First Citizens Bank (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2018
Interview
Fairly standard interview left feeling good with positive feedback from recruiter. Waited for them to complete their interviews of other candidates. Email and called for status and feedback. To this date received nothing and consider this an unprofessional practice. As a people mgr myself all my candidates get feedback.
