Interview
The first interview was low key and conversational. It was a great interview and we got a lot from each other. The second interview was more serious, but it was very open and honest. I was very impressed by how candid they were .

None of the normal questions were asked - it was very candid. Just be prepared to talk about your past history and have examples of work situations.
