First Cal interview questions

This Sales Manager came after me (and his Recruiter for the company) for at least 6 weeks to join him at his office. Finally we had a brief lunch. Interviewer & I had worked in the same office previously at another company so I knew him. (I should have known that moving over to First Cal to work that this Sales Manager would be same unmotivated person he was in the previous office we worked together!) Another 2 to 3 weeks & I finally received my contract. The pay was wrong so it had to be done over and that took another 2 to 3 weeks.

It took 2 weeks for a response to my resume. The interview was with one person. It was very brief and superficial. Hardly any questions were asked by the interviewer. He seemed extremely distracted.
