Started with HR phone screen that went over a lot of the administration details of the position (e.g. compensation, work hours, etc). The call was on time and lasted about 15 minutes. Next, technical phone call with the test lead that went over my work history and automated testing experience. The second call was also promptly on time and lasted about 25 minutes. I was asked to complete a very reasonable take home assignment after the technical call. One question for automated testing and one for API testing. I thought the time required to complete was fair (< 1 hour). I received another call a few days later informing me that they were going with another candidate, which was appreciated. Overall experience was pleasant, it would be nice if more interviews were similar to this process.
