First, I applied for the position via ZipRecruiter. A day or so later, I got an email from the hiring manager encouraging me to take their personality test and continue with the hiring process. The HR director called and did a brief phone screen interview. The director made plans for me to come in for an in-person interview. The onsite interview consisted of 4 different interviews; the hiring manager, another board level director, the CEO, and the HR director. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes long except for the CEO, which was about 10 minutes. The HR director went over the personality test results and any other HR questions. After the first interview, they reached out to a former supervisor and interviewed them. Then, they brought me back in for a second interview with just the hiring manager.
