I had a face to face interview with the Agency Director, she took the time to know me better and made me feel comfortable. The Interview lasted around an hour and she gave me a tour of the company.

Interview
They were extremely warm, friendly, and pleasant. I really enjoyed the interview. They are a close knit organization with a ton of knowledge to learn. They made me feel welcome and that Firefly Digital would be a great place to learn and grow.

Interview
The interview was very unprofessional. Management stalks your social media before your interview and then questions you on things they may not like within the interview. They also asked me about my religion and my view on current politics. You have to continue to follow up with them afterwards to get any sort of communication flowing, as they won't followup with you.
