Interview
Several steps including pre-screen questionnaire, phone interview, Microsoft Teams digital interview with the respective team members/employees you would be working with, followed by a personal interview with the President. At each step, you get vetted and/or referred to the next step by those personnel involved and hopefully proceed finally to being accepted by the company President.
