Whole process took 2 months. I got a 30 min phone interview and an hour job-reated interview. Had to wait over a month to get any response on their decision. They said it shouldn’t take more than 2 days. When I finally got a response, even after following up, they said “they decided to pass on you at this time.” Extremely unprofessional.

Technical assessment, phone screening followed by on site interview. Interviewers were a bit uncoordinated/unorganized. I often had the same question repeated to me on multiple occasions and felt I was not asked much about what I've done but rather how I "should fit their role." Personally, this interview for an entry level candidate was unnecessarily difficult despite me being clearly overqualified for the role.
