HR Call – An initial discussion to understand my background, interests, and alignment with the role.
Case Study – A practical exercise to assess problem-solving, analytical skills, and approach to real-world scenarios.
Technical Round – Focused on evaluating technical knowledge, tools expertise, and data handling skills.
Manager Round – A deeper discussion around work style, collaboration, and how I can add value to the team.
Director Round – Final conversation to assess overall fit, long-term potential, and alignment with organizational goals.
