1) Applied through the Finning website. 2) Contacted by HR to fill Pre-Screen questions. 3) Contacted by HR to complete SQL Skill Test. 4) Had 1st interview with managers. 5) Had 2nd interview with team members. 6) Has been requested to provide references. 7) Has been requested to compete for a background-check. 8) I followed up with HR twice about the status and next steps. HR ignored the requests and did not reply. 9) In two weeks, I followed with the hiring manager. 10) Manager scheduled a time for the call. I evaluated my schedule to be ready to provide the start date. 11) The hiring manager on the call explained that "it is so much is going on in the Company," and they reconsidered the position and put it on hold. Finning demonstrated little respect for the candidate.
