HR is not organized. Interviewer did not even know I was there for interview. After interviews, waited for weeks to get an offer letter. First day of work was even worst. They did not even set up a cubicle for me to sit. No one (HR, IT, etc.) knew I was starting on the that day. Office and warehouse are not drug-free environment. They smoke weeds in front of the office. This is so unprofessional and crazy!
