I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fingent (Bengaluru)
Interview
Three rounds of Interview. First round - normal questions to get understanding of current skills and responsibilities, knowledge of tools and approach/process of work being done.
Second round - Business Simulation round, where a case study will be provided and will be asked to elaborate or design for a given scenario. Will be asked to prepare wireframes. Based on the prepared artifacts, discussion with client( interview panel disguised as clients)
Third round - Discussion on projects worked. Was told by the HR that attitude, personality, work done on projects would be analysed by the panel.
Panel was asking lot of unnecessary questions like keeping on asking why looking for another job, what challenges in current project, structure of current project and organization. These sort of things are actually weird. People may face different type of situations in an organization or project and its not required that even for an interview everything got to be told. There maybe differences in expectations of responsibilities and what one received. What one person feels and tells, the panel may interpret in another manner. Everyone has reasons to search for another job. At the end of the day, everyone wants career prospects.
It's always better to keep questions to a formal and nice manner rather than trying to dig deeper to unwanted questions.
Persons skill and talent got to be measured, not other things.
