The interview process was remarkably straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised to be accepted after just the first interview. The community of people is wonderful, creating a supportive atmosphere. Additionally, the workload has proven to be quite manageable, making for an enjoyable experience overall.

Interview
Initial phone interview followed up with an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a standard interview about the company and the position. The interview itself was ok, very direct questions about SQL server and database management. They interview seem to have gone fairly well but they never followed up with a decision or feedback.
