Phone interview then in person discussing career goals and aspirations. Then waited for a call to say I was hired. Went in to sign paperwork etc then started work 2 weeks later.

Applied, got an email for an aptitude test within a day, got my first interview within 2 days, 2nd interview in the 3rd day. Easiest application process, aptitude test is 50 q's you have to answer at least 40 in 15 minutes max
