The interview process was a day long, but they are just keeping the position open. They will take interviews but will hire you. The interview panel themselves don't know for what position they are hiring.. I doubt they have selected anyone its just to show they are working

Interview
I got a call from the HR and gone for the interview process. There are 3 rounds along with the written test. The Manager told me to send the documents developed by me. Within 2 days I have sent. It took them 1 week time to decide whether my documents are real or copied. After 1 week I got a call from the HR that they will take the directorial round through phone. After 2 days I got a call from the director and she has taken the interview and told that HR will get back to me. Then again after 2 days I called the HR to know about the result... But surprisingly he replied that the company needs some more exp. Candidate.
Here my question is if you want more exp. Person..... then why you people have taken 5 rounds of interview????
