Finansbank interview questions

The person I've interviewed with was quite explanatory. She told what they need and how the department works in detail. At the end of the interview she added that If I had any questions, I could ask the HR representative for her e-mail address ask my questions. Despite this, when I request her e-mail from HR I didn't get any response from them and even though I somehow found her email address, she (the person I interviewed with) didn't answer. They are not communicative people, and communication is very important in the workplace from the very beginning.
