I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Financial Conduct Authority (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Online tests. motivation questionnaire. Telephone interview. Assessment centre. online tests are standard. need to know very well about FCA to have a good go at motivation questions. Telephone interview is very much competency based. Final AC is rigorous but very enjoyable as long as you settle in and do not think too much about it but just be yourself. It consists of analytical exercise, presentation, individual interview and group exercise. Analysis tends to be the more difficult one.
