Underwhelming interviewing process. It felt like the team was going through the motions. No sense of urgency to figure out if it made sense for both sides to partner together.

4 weeks of irrelevant run around telling me I was a shoe in and had next steps. I communicated with the hiring manager as well as the recruiter several times that I had other offers and they still lead me on for a month before telling me they were going in a different direction. I lost my other offers as well

No solid questions as I felt they were just interviewing to stay busy
