Totally unsructured interview. While position was advertised as Executive in essence was cold calling job. They where only interested to know how one would find prospects and what contacts one already had. One of the interviewers was tired and sleepy. Very unprofessional. In additionthey never come back to me with their decision although I sent thank you note, did follows twice. I found about position being filed on LinkedIn.
