First step was a phone screen with the hiring manager for 30 minutes. Next step was a video call with a director for 30 minutes, questions very similar to initial phone screen. If all went well, the next step is a video assignment and a 2 hour video interview (typically in person, but this was during COVID-19 shelter in place) where that assignment is reviewed. The 2 hour interview consisted on 30 minute blocks, where the first block I spoke with an AE and did role plays. The next block was a more casual peer review with a SDR, the third block was reviewing the video assignment with an SDR. The last block was with the hiring manager (who did you initial phone screen) and we discussed how I think the interview went. If that went well, then the next step is a follow up video with an offer from the hiring manager and director I have already spoken with.
