Fifth Third Customer Service Representative/Float Teller interview questions

I applied online. Within a day they contacted me asking for a phone interview. I went through the phone interview and they said they would contact me with a date for an in person interview. Well that never happened they just sent me a email they went with the internal candidate they told me about while on the phone they were interviewing as well. Absolutely rude and didnt even give me a chance to show myself fully as a candidate. Im never applying here again they have no professionalism at all. I was fully qualified and had banking experience and a bachelors in business if that says anything.
