The interview process for Fieldguide's Senior Technical Recruiter opening was fairly standard. Natalie A. was the recruiter assigned to the opening, set expectations, shared insights into the topics interviewers were responsible to cover, and proactively followed up throughout. Each person I met was empowered, a builder and got ship done. They also asked for process feedback, and I felt that they genuinely cared. They were aligned on the company's mission, spoke proudly of the company/team, and understood how their roles contributed.
